TITP is a special program run by the Japanese government that invites young people from developing countries to train in Japan. The goal? To help them learn advanced technical skills in fields like manufacturing, Nursing, Caretaker, Car-maintenance and much more.

How It Works
The Three Levels
Level 1 — Year 1
Japanese language, workplace rules and culture, and hands-on technical training in your chosen field.
Level 2 — Years 2–3
Pass the skills test and progress to deeper, real-world workplace experience.
Level 3 — Years 4–5
Qualify and continue with your employer to master advanced skills and specialized practice.
