About NSDC and our Partnership with Japan
The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is the apex Indian body driving skill-based mobility under the India-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) framework. Through this bilateral arrangement, NSDC vets and authorizes Sending Organizations that bridge Indian talent with Japanese industry — ensuring every candidate is prepared, protected, and placed in compliance with both governments.
